1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all frontend development services provided by INVENTIVE LAKE, including Figma to HTML/CSS conversion, React.js, Next.js, WordPress development, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap development, responsive website development, UI enhancements, bug fixes, and related frontend services. They are designed to establish clear expectations, responsibilities, and project guidelines, ensuring a transparent, efficient, and professional working relationship between both parties.
2. Project Scope
Before starting any project, I define the scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost clearly. Any additional feature requests, design changes, or extra revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
3. Payments & Billing
- Hourly Projects: billed based on actual time spent.
- Fixed Projects: pricing is set before development begins.
- Upfront Deposit: some projects may require a small advance payment.
- Work will begin only after pricing and terms are mutually confirmed.
4. Delivery Timeline
All delivery dates are estimated based on the project size and complexity. I always aim for fast turnaround while maintaining high quality. Delays caused by slow communication, pending client approvals, or design changes may extend the timeline.
5. Revisions Policy
Revisions are included as per the chosen plan/package. Minor changes are allowed, but major layout modifications, new design elements, or extra pages may be charged additionally.
6. Code Ownership
After final payment, the client gains full rights to the HTML/CSS/JS delivered. However, I keep the right to showcase non-confidential parts of the project in my portfolio unless otherwise discussed.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate content, designs (Figma/PSD/etc.), and feedback on time. Delays in providing assets or instructions may affect delivery timelines.
8. Communication
Clear, timely communication helps projects move smoothly. I respond quickly and provide consistent updates throughout development.
9. Browser & Device Compatibility
All projects are tested on modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and standard devices. Support for outdated or legacy browsers (like Internet Explorer) is not included unless requested earlier.
10. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital work, refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed tasks. However, I ensure quality and will fix any issues related to the original scope.
11. Project Termination
Either party may end the project at any time. Completed work up to the termination date must be paid for.
12. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client files, designs, and business information will remain confidential. I never share or reuse client data without permission.
